LXXXIII. An act for repairing and widening the road from Bramcott Odd Houfe, in the county of Nottingham, to the Cross Poft upon Smalley Common, in the county of Derby, and from Ilkeston to the towns of Heanor and Shipley, in the faid county of Derby, and from Trowell, in the county of Nottingham, to the town of Nottingham.

LXXXIV. An act for repairing and widening the roads from Melton Mowbray, in the county of Leicester, to the Guide Poft in Saint Margaret's Field, Leicester, and from the town of Leicester, to the town of Lutterworth, in the said county, and other roads therein mentioned.

LXXXV. An act for repairing and widening the road from Scots Dyke, in the county of Dumfries, by or through the villages of Langholm and Hawick to Haremofs, in the county of Roxburgh.

LXXXVI. An act to amend and render more effectual two feveral acts paffed in the twenty fourth and twenty eighth years of the reign of his late Majefty, for repairing the high roads in the county of Edinburgh, to and from the city of Edinburgh, and from Cramond Bridge to the town of Queensferry, in the county of Linlithgow.

LXXXVII. An act for repairing several roads leading from the town of Bideford, in the county of Devon.

An act for vefting divers meffuages and hereditaments in the city of London, the fettled eftate of Elizabeth Brett, wife of Charles Brett efquire, in the faid Charles Brett, and his heirs, discharged from the ufes of his marriage fettlement, and for fettling another eftate, in the county of Middlefex, of greater va lue, in lieu thereof, to the ufes limited of the faid fettled eftate.

An act for vefting two fhares in Ranelagh Houfe, gardens, and premiffes, late the eftate of James Delaune, deceased, in fohn Ferrett and Robert Edmefton, and their heirs, in truft, to fell the fame, and apply the money arifing from fuch fale, to the several charitable purposes, as is directed by the will of the said James Delaune.
