NOTE.-The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of the Commonwealth, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Commissioner of Agriculture, and State Treasurer are elected by the people for a term of four years, their present terms commencing on February 1, 1922; and the members of the State Corporation Commission for a term of six years beginning February 1st.

The Auditor of Public Accounts, Second Auditor, Register of the Land Office, and Superintendent of Public Printing elected by the General Assembly for a term of four years, from March 1, 1924; and the Commissioner of Insurance for a term of four years, commencing February 1, 1922.

The Superintendent of the Penitentiary elected by the Board of Directors of the Penitentiary for a term of four years, from January 1, 1924.

The Adjutant General is appointed by the Governor for a term of four years; and the Commissioner of Labor for a term of two years, commencing March 1st.
