Comprises in its agricultural phase
the production, handling, packing,
bottling or storage of fresh milk;
the breeding of bovine cattle for
the production of milk or meat; and
in its industrial phase the receipt,
delivery, handling, elaboration,
pasteurization, homogenization, re-
frigeration, preparation, packing,
bottling, sale, disposal, and dis-
tribution of milk or its products,
such as cheese, butter or chocolate
milk; any work or service necessary
or related to activities mentioned.
Exceptions: Production of fresh
milk for consumption by farmer or
his family; sale of milk at any
stand, place, or establishment, un-
less owned by employer of industrial
phase and located where pasteuriza-
tion plant operates.

Includes molding, extrusion, lami-
nation, other forming and the fab-
rication of plastic products. Ex-
ceptions: Managers, executives, and
professionals; other exceptions as
specified in order; activities
covered by Federal wage orders for
Chemicals, etc., and Leather, etc.
