Look out for him.-One James Cook, a rat stereotyper, claims to have worked on the Chicago Inter Ocean, a union paper. He ratted the Chicago Tribune when the stereotypers struck in July. 1898, and was discharged for incompetency; last heard from in Toledo, Ohio.
