B. for and in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. to me in Hand at and before the Execution of thefe Prefents well and truly paid by C. D. of, &c. Gent. the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge; Have bargained and fold, and by these Prefents do bargain and fell unto the faid C. D. One Silver Tankard, &c. To have and to hold the faid bargained Premiffes unto the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns for ever. To the only proper Ufe and Behoof of him the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, for evermore. And I the faid A. B. for myfelf, my Executors and Administrators, the faid bargained Premiffes, unto the faid C. D.

his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, against all Perfons fhall and will warrant and for ever defend by thefe Prefents, Provided always, and it is hereby agreed between the Parties to these Prefents, That if I the faid A. B. my Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, or a ny of us, do and fhall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid unto the faid C. A Bargain and Sale of a Waggon and other Goods, on Condition, in the Nature of a Mortgage.

F. for and in Confideration of the Sum of 70 1. of lawful British Money, to him in Hand paid by the faid H. L. at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents, the Receipt whereof the faid G. F. doth hereby acknowledge; He the faid G. 7. bath bargained and fold, and by thefe Préfents doth, &c. unto the faid H. L. One Waggon and Plough, with all Iron, Geer, Horse Tackle, and other Appurte nances thereto belonging; and alfo, &c. J. his Heirs, Executors or Adminiftrators, do well and truly pay or caufe to be paid unto the faid H. L. his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, at or in the now Dwelling-houfe of, &c. fituate, &c. the Sum of, &c. in Manner following, (viz.) The Sum of, &c. Part thereof on, &c. next coming, and the full Sum of, &c. the Refidue thereof &c. which will be in the Year of our Lord, &c. without any Deduction or Abatement for Taxes, or any other Impofitions whatsoever; that then this prefent Indenture, and every Thing herein contained, fhall ceafe, determine, and be void. L. his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, fhall and will immediately after the Receipt of the faid Sum of, &c. at the Days and Times above-mentioned, upon reafonable Requeft, re-deliver or caufe to be re-delivered unto the faid G. F. his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, the faid Waggon and Plough, which is now received by the faid H. L. of the faid G.
