A Bargain and Sale of Timber.

HIS Indenture made, &c. Between W. L. ot, &c. of the one Part, and I. S. of, &c. of the other Part. Witneffeth, That the faid W. L. for and in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. to him in Hand paid by the faid I. S. at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Prefents, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in Purfuance and Performance of certain Articles of Agreement, bearing Date, &c. made, or mentioned to be made between the faid W. L. of the one Part, and the faid I. S. of the other Part; He the faid W. L. Hath granted, bargained and fold, and by thefe Prefents doth grant, bargain and fell unto the faid I. S. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, All thofe Timber-Trees, or other Trees, now ftanding and being in a certain Wood, or Coppice, called, &c. marked by the faid W. L. and I. S. with the Letters, &c. containing in Number, &c. computed in the whole to be about, &c. Tuns; And alfo all the Loppings, Tops, Shrouds, Limbs and Boughs of the fad Timber-Trees, or other Trees; To bave and to bold the faid Timber Trees, Lops, Tops and Shrouds hereby bargained and fold, or meant, mentioned or intended to be here by bargained and fold unto the faid I. S. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, to his and their own proper Ufe and Ufes for ever. And the faid W. L. for himfelf. his Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, and for every of them, doth covenant, promife and grant to and with the faid I. S. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, and every of them, by these Presents, Q

That he the faid I. S. his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, fhall and may peaceably, and quietly have, hold, take, receive and enjoy, all and fingular the faid Timber Trees, or other Trees and Premiffes herein, or hereby mentioned, or intended to be granted, bargained and fold, and every Parcel thereof, with Liberty to fell, cut, fetch and carry away the fame, at his and their free Will and Pleasure, to his and their proper Ufe and Ufes for ever, without any Let, Trouble, Moleftation, Disturbance or Denial of him the faid W. L. his Heirs or Af figns, or any Perfon or Perfons lawfully claiming, or to claim, from, by, or under him or them, or any or either of them. [To this may be added, a Covenant from I. S. to cut the Trees, and carry them away, by fuch a Time as fhall be appointed; and in that Cafe, the Words above, at his free Will and Pleafure, are to be omitted.] In Witness, &c.

His Indenture made, &c. Between A. B. of, &c.

of the one Part, and E. D. of, &c. of the other Part: Witneffeth, That the faid A. B. for and in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. to him in Hand paid by the faid E. D. &c. Hath bargained and fold, and by these Presents doth clearly bargain and fell unto the faid E. D. All thofe his Coppice Woods and Underwoods now ftanding and growing in a certain Coppice, called, &c. and Hedge-Rows, called, &c. lying in the Parish of, &c. containing, &c. Acres; (the Soil of the fame Coppice Wood, and all Timber Trees therein ftanding, growing or being, and usual and accustomed Standils there to

be left, as are or have been, or ought to be, in fuch like Cafes of felling of Wood, left ftanding, unto the faid W. L. his Heirs and Affigns, excepted and always referved:) To have and to bold the faid Coppice Wood unto the faid E. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, to his and their Ufe and Ufes for ever. And the faid A. B. for himself, his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, doth covenant, promise and grant, to and with the faid E. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, by these Prefents, That he the faid E. D. his Executors and Affigns, fhall and may at all reasonable Times, have free Ingrefs, Egrefs and Regress, to and from the faid Coppice Woods and Underwoods, with Horfe, Cart and Carriage, at his Pleasure, for the felling, hewing, cutting down and carrying away the aforefaid Coppice Wood and Underwood, without the Let or Interruption of any Perfon or Perfons whatsoever. And the faid E. D. for himself, his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, doth covenant, and grant to and with the faid A. B. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, that he the faid E. D. his Executors or Aligns, at his and their own proper Coft and Charges, fhall and will Fence, amend and repair all the Hedges and Fences belonging to the faid Coppice and Hedge-rows, as fhall be broken, trodden down, or otherwise wafted, by reafon or occafion of the felling, cutting or carrying away of the faid Coppice Wood and Underwood, for the Safeguard and Prefervation of the young Springs growing in and upon the fame. And also, That he the faid E. D. his Executors or Affigns, fhall not, nor will fell any of the faid Coppice Wood or Underwood, but in due and seasonable Times

of felling (that is to fay) Yearly between the Feafts of, &c. In Witness, &c.

A Bargain and Sale of a Reverfion.

HIS Indenture made, &c. Between E. R. of, TH To be the one Part, and F. R. of, &c. of the other Part, Witneffeth, That the faid E. R. for and in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. to him in Hand paid by the faid F. R. at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents, the Receipt whereof the faid E. R. doth hereby acknowledge, and thereof, and of every Part thereof, doth acquit, release, and discharge the faid F. R. his Heirs and Affigns, by these Prefents, bath granted, bargained, fold, and confirmed, and by thefe Prefents doth fully and abfolutely grant, bargain, fell and confirm unto the faid F. R. his Heirs and Affigns, All that the Reverfion and Reverfions, Remainder and Remainders; and alfo all the Eftate, Right, Title, Intereft, Claim and Demand of him the faid E. R. which he the faid E. R. now hath, or ever had, or may, or ought to have, of and in All that Clofe, &c. And of all and fingular other the Freehold Lands of the said E. R. lying, &c. with their, and every of their Appurtenances; and alfo all Deeds, Evidences and Writings what foever, touching and concerning the faid Premiffes only, or only any Part thereof, To bave and to hold the faid Reverfion and Reverfions, Remainder and Remainders, of, in, and to all and fingular the faid Premiffes above mentioned, to the faid F. R. his Heirs and Affigns, to the only proper Ufe and Behoof of him the faid F. R. his Heirs and Affigns for ever, to be holden of the Chief

Lord, or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the faine Premiffes, by the Rents and Services therefore due, and of Right accustomed. And the faid E. R. doth for himself, his Heirs and Affigns, covenant and grant to and with the faid F. R. his Heirs and Affigns, that he the faid E. R. hath not at any Time heretofore made any former or other Bargain, Sale, Gift, Grant, Leafe, Release, or Confirmation of the faid Premiffes hereby granted, or of any Part thereof, to a ny Perfon or Perfons what foever. And also that he hath not inade, done, acknowledged, or fuffered any Statute, Recognizance, Judg ment, Execution, or any other Act or Acts Thing or Things whatfoever, whereby or wherewith the faid Premiffes, or any Part or Parcel thereof, fhall, or lawfully may at any Time hereafter be extended or taken in Execution, or otherwife charged or incumbred; otherwife than by and with fuch Eftate, as A. D. hath, or ought to have in the faid Premiffes for Term of her Life, and otherwife than by and with the ancient and accuftomed Rents and Services due, and to grow due for the fame Promiffes from Time to Time to the Chief Lord, and Lords of the Fee and Fees, whereof the fame Premiffes are holden. Here add a Covenant for further Affurance. In Witness, &c.
