O all People to whom these Presents fhall come, I B. C. of, &c. fend Greeting. Know ye, That I the faid B. C. for and in Confideration of the natural Love and Affection which I have, and bear unto my beloved Brother P. C. of, &c. And alfo for divers other good Caufes and Confiderations me hereunto moving, Have given and granted, and by these Prefents do give, grant and confirm_unto: the faid P. C. Provided always, and upon Condition, that he the faid S. J. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, do and fhall permit and fuffer her the faid M. J. to have, hold, use, occupy, poffefs and enjoy the faid Goods, Chattels, Debts, Houfhold Goods, and all and fingular the Premiffes above granted, for and during fo long Time as the the faid M. J. fhall happen to live: And alfo, That he the faid S. J. his Executors or Adminiftrators, do and fhall well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid unto, &c. the Sum of, &c. immediately after the Deceafe of the faid M. J. And likewife do and shall bear, pay and discharge the Funeral Expences, which fhall be laid out and expended in the Burial of her the faid M. J. to the Sum of, c. at leaft, according to the true Intent and Meaning of thefe Prefents.
