P. in any Sum or Sums of Money, to any Perfon or Perfons whatsoever; as alfo for divers other good Caufes and Confiderations me hereunto efpecially moving, Have given, granted, bargained, fold and confirmed, and by thefe Prefents do give, &c. unto the faid R. B. All and fingular my Goods and Chattels whatfoever, as well real as Perfonal, of what Kind, Nature and Quality, or Condition foever the fame are or be, and in what Place or Places foever the fame fhall or may be found, as well in my own Cuftody and Poffeffion, as in the Hands, Cuftody and Poffeffion of any other Perfon or Perfons whatsoever. To have and to bold all and fingular the faid Goods and Chattels, and all other the Premiffes, with the Appurtenances, to the faid R. B. his Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, to his and their own proper Ufe and Ufes for ever: And I the faid J. P. and my Heirs, all and fingular the said Goods and Chattels, and other the Premiffes, unto the faid R. B. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, fhall and will warrant, and for ever defend by thefe Prefents. Provided always, that if I the faid J. P. my Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, or any of us, do and shall from Tiine to Time, and at all Times hereafter, clearly acquit and difcharge, or otherwise fufficiently fave and keep harmlefs the faid R. B. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, and his and their Goods, Chattels, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, and every of them, of and from all and fingular Bonds and Writings Obligatory what foever, wherein or whereby the faid R. B. at the Requeft, and for the Debt of me the faid J. P. is

B. for and in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. to him in Hand paid by the faid C. D. at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Prefents, the Receipt whereof he the faid A. Lady D. S. deceased, late Sifter of the faid A. B. and all other the Jewels, Rings, Plate, Money, Houfhold-Stuff, and other Goods and Chattels whatsoever of the faid A. B. (wearing Apparel excepted) To bave and to hold the faid Jewels, Rings, Plate, Money, Houfhold-Stuff, and other Goods and Chattels before-mentioned, and every Part thereof (except as is herein before excepted) unto the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, as his own proper Goods and Chattels for ever; Upon fpecial Truft and Confidence nevertheless, and to the Intent and Purpose, that the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, fhall and will employ, and difpofe of all and fingular the Premiffes for, and towards the better Payment and Satisfaction of the Debts due from the faid A. HIS Indenture made, &c. Between R. B. the Elder, of, &c. of the one Part, and R. B. the Younger, of, &c. Son and Heir apparent of the faid R. B. the Elder, of the other Part; Witneffeth, That the faid R. B. the Elder, as well for and in Confideration of the natural Love and Affection which he the faid R. B. the Elder hath and beareth unto the faid R. B. the Younger, as alfo for the better Maintenance, Livelyhood and Preferment of him the faid R. B. the Younger, Hath given, granted, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed, and by hefe Prefents doth give, e. unto the faid R. B.

the Younger, his Heirs and Affigns, All that Capital Meffuage or Dwelling Houfe, formerly erected and built by, &c. with the Dove-houfe, Stable, Barn, Orchard, Garden, and feveral Clofes of Pafture thereunto adjoining and belonging, commonly called by the Names of, &c. And all that the Manor, Capital Meffuage, or Dwelling-houfe of, &c. All which Clofes before particularly mentioned, are Parcel of, or reputed to be Parcel of, or belonging to the faid Capital Meffuages and Manor aforefaid, and are fituate, lying and being in, &c. or in fome or one of them, in the faid County of, &c. and were heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of S. A. of, &c. his Affignee or Affigns, and fince in the Tenure or Occupation of the faid R. B. the Elder, his Affignee or Affigns; all which faid Premiffes were lately purchafed by the faid R. B. the Elder, of the faid S. A. And all and fingular the Houses, Edifices, Buildings, Barns, Stables, Dove-houses, Courts, Curtilages, Gardens, Orchards, Lands, Tenements, Meadows, Paftures, Leafows, Feedings, Trees, Woods, Underwoods, Commons, Common of Pafture, Ways, Paths, Paffages, Waters, Water Courfes, Watering Places, Eafements, Profits, Commodities, Royalties, Privileges, Franchises, Liberties, Advantages, Emoluments, Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever, to the faid Manor, Capital Meffuages, Closes, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments and Premif fes hereby mentioned, or intended to be granted, or to any of them, or to any Part or Parcel of them, belonging or in any wife appertaining, or therewithal commonly used, occupied or enjoyed, or accepted, reputed, taken or

known, as Part, Parcel, or belonging of or to the fame. And also all other the Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments of him the faid R. B. the Elder, fituate, lying and being in, &c. wherein he is feized of any Eftate of Inheritance. And the Reversion and Reverfions, Remainder and Remainders, Rents and Services of all and fingular the faid Premiffes. And all the Eftate, Right, Title, Intereft, Property, Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the faid R. B. the Elder, of, in and to the fame Manor, Capital Meffuages, Clofes, Lands, Tenements and Premiffes, and of, in and to every Part and Parcel thereof, with their and every of their Appurtenances. And all Deeds, Evidences and Writings concerning the faid Premiffes only, or only any Part thereof, now in the Hands or Cuftody of the faid R. B. the Elder, or which he may get or come by without Suit in Law; together with true Copies of all other Deeds, Evidences and Writings concerning the faid Premiffes only, or only any Part thereof amongst other Lands, the fame Copies to be made and written at the Cofts and Charges of the faid R. B. the Younger, his Heirs or Affigns: To bave and to hold the faid Manor, Capital Meffuages, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, and all and fingular the Premiffes hereby granted and conveyed, or mentioned, or intended to be granted and conveyed, with their and every of their Appurtenances, unto the faid R. B. the Younger, his Heirs and Affigns, to the only proper Ufe and Behoof of him the faid R. B. the Younger, his Heirs and Affigns for ever. And the faid R.
