His Indenture made, &c. Between A. B. of, &c. of the one Part, and C. D. of, &c. of the other Part: Witneffeth, That the faid A. B. for and in Confideration of the good and faithful Service of the faid C. D. heretofore done and performed, and for other good Caufes and Confiderations him hereunto especially moving, Hath given, granted and confirmed, and by thefe Prefents for himfelf, his Heirs, Executors, and Adminiftrators, doth give, grant and confirm unto the faid C. D. one Annuity or yearly Rent of, &c. to be iffuing, payable and going out of, &c. To have, hold, receive and take the faid Annuity or yearly Rent of, &c. for and during the Term of his natural Life, &c. at the Feafts,&c. [Here a Claufe of Diftrefs as before.] And the faid A. B. doth covenant and grant to and with the faid C. D. That he the faid A. A Provifo for Revocation of the Grant of Annuity.

Rovided nevertheless, and upon Condition, That if the faid A. B. fhall at any Time, during his natural Life, pay, or tender unto the faid C.D. the Sum of One Shilling or more of, &c. with Intent and on Purpose to revoke, fruftratę and make void the faid Annuity or Grant thereof; that then and from thenceforth, this prefent Deed, and all and every the Gift, Grant and Li mitation of the Rent aforefaid, and the faid annual or yearly Rent so by these Presents given and granted, or mentioned to be granted, fhall ceafe and be void, any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding. H. if the shall happen to furvive him, be provided of a competent Income and Maintenance in Lieu and Recompence of her Jointure and Dower of and in the Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, whereof the faid L. H. fhall hereafter happen to be feized during the Coverture between him and the faid D. O. Now this Indenture witnesseth, That the faid J. H. in Pursuance of the faid Marriage Contract, Hath given and granted, and by these Presents doth give and grant unto the faid D. O. one Annuity or yearly Rent Charge of, &c. to be iffuing, going, and yearly payable unto the faid D. and her Affigns, from and immediately after the Death and Decease of the faid L.
