tion for fiscal year 1964, but the Foreign Assistance Act of 1963 (Public Law 88-205) reduced the au-
thorization from $600,000,000 to $525,000,000, a net reduction of $75,000,000. Of this amount, not to
exceed $100,000,000 was to be used for grants.
