An act for rectifying a mistake, and enlarging the time for a compofition given by an act of parliament paffed in the seventh year of her Majefty's reign, intituled, An act to enable the lord high treasurer, or commiffioners of the treafury for the time being, to compound with William Mallet, efq; for the debt of his father, for whom he was furety, while receiver general for the county of Somerset and city of Bristol.
