the Exchequer-Bills before extant,
which amounted to 1775027 1.175.
Iod. Halfpenny, upon allowing
51. per Cent. Intereft for that Sum;
to which purpofe, an Annuity was
eftablish'd of 106501 l. 175. 6 d.
to be paid to the Bank out of the
Duty aforefaid, until the Principal
be paid off upon a Year's Notice.

Grant additional Duties on Stamp-
Paper and Parchment, from the rft
of August 1698,and a Duty of 28 s.
per Buthel on Salt, from 1698 and
1699 for ever; both thefe Duties
are given for 160000l. per Annum,
to raise by Subfcriptions 2000000l.
at 81. per Cent. per Annum, the
Subfcribers to have the fole Liber-
ty of trading to the Eaft-Indies, re-
det mable upon payment of the
Principal, and three Years Notice,
after Michaelmas 1711.

It is enacted, That the of the 6th of Eaft-India Company shall pay into Queen Anne, the Exchequer 1200000l. to have .sl. per Cent. their 81. per Cent. granted them in the 9th of King William, reduc'd. to sl. per Cent. per Annum, and to have the Trade to India continu'd to them folely to Lady-Day 1726.. This, together with the former Sum advanc'd, with all Arrears of the 160000l. to be repaid before the Company should be determin'd.
