44. An act to enable John duke of Argyll to fell certain rights of fervitude over lands, in the county of Argyll, belonging in property to Hugh Seton efquire, and fir James Campbell baronet.

An act to enable the right honourable fir John Shelley ba→ ronet, and the trustees named in the fettlement on his marriage with dame Wilhelmina Shelley deceased, his late wife, to convey part of the eftates, in the county of Suffex, comprised in such settlement, in exchange for, or in lieu of, other eftates belonging to the faid fir John Shelley, in the fame county.

An act for confirming and rendering effectual a partition and divifion, made by and between fir James Pennyman baronet, Charles Anderfon Pelham efquire, and Michael Newton efquire, of divers manors, lands, and hereditaments, in the counties of York, Lincoln, and Middlefex, and city of London, late the eftates of fir Michael Wharton knight, deceased; and for settling and limiting the entire and specific parts and fhares, which, upon the faid partition and divifion, have been allotted to each of them, to the feveral ufes therein mentioned.

An act for vefting a freehold eftate, late of Eliab Hervey efquire, deceased, called Buckhoufe, otherwife Munkham, fituate in the parishes of Ioodford and Chigwell, in the county of Effex, in trustees, and their heirs, in truft, to fell and convey the tame as therein mentioned; and for applying the money arifing by fale thereof for the benefit of Edward Hervey, an infant, his only fon, and heir at law; and for the other purposes therein mentioned.

51. An act to enable Peter Legh efquire, and the reverend Afhburnham Legḥ clerk, to grant building and improving leafes of part of their settled eftates, within the counties of Lancaster and Chefter.

54. An act for fale of the estate of Elizabeth Smart, an infant, in the counties of Durham and Northumberland.

An act to subject and charge the prebend manor of Mych Milton, in the county of Oxford, and the lands, tenements, and hereditaments, thereunto belonging, with the payment of two feveral perpetual yearly rent charges, or annual payments, to the reverend John Wheeldon, and his fucceffors, prebendaries of the prebend of Mych Milton aforefaid; and for divefting the feefimple and inheritance thereof out of him and his fucceffors, and for vefting the fame, fo charged, in the reverend Charles Sturges, his heirs and affigns.

An act for impowering the judges of the court of feffion in Scotland to fell fuch part or parts of the estate of Ednam, in the county of Roxburgh, formerly belonging to James Dickson esquire, deceased, and now to captain William Dickfon, as fhall be fufficient for payment of the debts affecting the fame.

An act for vefting part of the fettled eftates of William Peacocke efquire, and Emma his wife, in the parish of Llanedwan, in the county of Anglefea, in the faid William Peacocke, in fee fimple, and for settling an estate of the faid William Peacocke, in the parish of Penmynydd, in the fame county, of greater value, in lieu thereof.

An act for vefting the fee fimple and inheritance of the eftates late of Robert Dyne efquire, deceased, in trustees, in trust, to fell and difpofe of fo much thereof as may be fufficient to pay off and discharge all the debts, legacies, and other incumbrances affecting the faid eftates; and for the other purposes therein mentioned.
