I've read many 'spiritual' or 'live in the moment' type books. This one stands out to me in some ways, but not in others. I feel that same way about most of the other, similar books too. I think that if you read such a book more than once you find that a different part of it interests you next time round. Spirituality as a concept and process is a HUGE thing. And it makes sense I think that we grasp different bits of it at a time. It is a book that I will keep on my bookshelf. It is also surprisingly water resistant. I often read in the bath and this book more than most appears to have a natural resistance to water, which surpasses others. I don't know why :-).
