The very first sentence of this whole book just got me so hyped up. I had heard so many good reviews about this book, and as soon as I began reading the first sentence, I was so excited to continue reading it. The progress of the plot actually went faster than I expected (or just because I read so fast). Once the first stage of "wHat jUSt hAppEnED" hit me, I didn't want to put down the book. At some point, it felt like I was Thomas - first entering The Glade, not understanding anything, not remembering anything... it just filled me with so much excitement. Although the very beginning of the book was kind of confusing (especially their language), it made the book 10x better. In the end, I give The Maze Runner 5 out of 5 stars.
