** spoiler alert ** The Maze Runner

I chose to read this book because I had watched the movie (which was really good) and wanted to go through the story again a different way with a little more detail.

I found the plot extremely interesting I could relate to Thomas a little bit, and the whole drama of being trapped inside a deadly maze.

Something I learnt from the book was its never to later to give up and that there is always a way out of thing no matter how bad the problem may be.

As I said earlier my favourite character was Thomas the 16 year old boy. At the beginning of the story Thomas wakes up in an elevator with people he can not remember all around him outside the elevator. He soon find out that he is trapped in the middle of a maze and adapts quickly to the life style. Eventually Thomas becomes a maze runner and he figure out a way out, and leads him and the others through the deadly maze to eventually make it out. Thomas shows courage, belief, determination and hope through out the story which I beleaguered makes the readers connect with him.

In conclusion I rated the book a solid 4/5
