it was amazing

Plot Summary: In James Dashner's the Maze Runner, the plot is about obviously a maze. In the center of a giant maze there is a place full of people called the Glade, practically everyone there is a male teen. They have survived for two years in the maze trying to find a way out. Everyone that is sent to the maze loses all their memories except for the basics like their name and age. Thomas is the main character in the book and plays a key role to helping the Gladers escape the maze. However not everyone thinks Thomas is sent to help them because, after just two days of being in the Glad he is one of the first people to survive a night in the maze after the doors to the Glade close.

Personal response: I think this book was great and can not wait to read the rest of the series. James Dashner does a very good job of detailing everything that is happening from Thomas first waking up in the box to Thomas and Teresa putting an end to the maze once and for all. The book is good at describing what the maze's scale and size actually is compared to the Glade. The book was very easy to understand and follow.

Recommendation: I would recommend this book to everyone. It is a very good book that is easy to understand and is appropriate for most age groups. The books vocabulary is mostly easy to understand and follow. I think that anyone who reads this book would find it interesting and overall a fun book to read.
