it was amazing

The Maze Runner - By James Dashner
This was a great book! The intense parts really put you on edge. The story starts out leaving you with no idea what is going on. The book slowly lets you learn about the protagonist, whose name is thomas and the glade (a group of people who lives in the maze). In most stories the book tells you everything about Thomas (history and family), but this book tells you nothing but what he looks like, because he does not know anymore than we do about his history and family.
The book does a really good job of showing who/what the gladers are, but it could do a better job telling us about the glader's history and how the earliest members survived. The book also has some 'whats happening' moments, which is fairly common in books, but can be easily fixed. In my opinion the book is great, with only minor flaws, the book is a 'one of a kind' type of story.
