The Maze Runner by James Dashner is about a boy stuck in a unbeatable maze with many other orphan until he and a girl show up on the same day. This book is fast paced, but I think the paec is ruined at points in the story. The plotmline was spontaneous, but made sense and the characters were likable. I think this book went downhill quickly at the end of the book by ruining the pacing and the characters it also felt ruched to get to the next book (I don't like sequels for that reason).
