I honestly don't get the hype around this one. It was okay, but I expected a lot more from a book I've heard so much about. The story was interesting and intriguing but boring in some parts which resulted in me losing interest in the book for days. It just felt like it was so long and, in my opinion, would've been a lot better if it was shorter. I didn't like the characters because they were really annoying at some points and I just couldn't get into them like I usually do. I hated the lack of female characters (I'm a feminist, sue me). I didn't like the writing style either (there was no point in saying a character said something sarcastically when it's totally obvious). I watched the movie, and I must say, this is probably the first time in my life I liked movie more than the book it was based on.
