Loading... Arthur and the Sword (edition 1995)by Robert Sabuda, Robert Sabuda (Illustrator)I really love the ending to this book, it makes the book worth reading. I think this book would make smaller children feel like they too can do something that requires great strength. This book is a reminder to me that sometimes when we are patient, in the end we get what we deserve just like Arthur did. I loved this story. The sword and the stone is one of my all time favorite stories. It just shows that you can be the most unlikely person and still be the best person for the job. I love all of the magic and the old English setting. I would love to share this with students of all ages as young students would like it and it would be a great introduction into the literature that is "Knights of the Round Table" for older students. I would love to have this book in a future classroom library. |
