This is the second book in a row that I've read with insufferable main characters--I'm on a roll! Anyway, this book just isn't good. The kid is a jerk, plain and simple. There are funny moments, yes, and I can definitely see why kids like this (kids are, quite often, jerks).

If you're looking for a funny book with characters that you can stomach, try The Terrible Two instead.
