Found in Strand bookstore. Not exceedingly rare, but I have wanted a copy since I was 14 or 17. Each page has a net that can be folded and cemented to make these models. (Coxeter's) Fifty-nine stellations of an icosahedra are represented. Wenninger makes interesting comments about the stability of his models, and their appearance when finished, although there are photographs accompanying all of them, some are incredibly complex stellations.
