This book really opened my eyes! I just turned 20 and I am so glad I found this truth...I loved it! It enlightened me...I just do not know how to formality words for how I feel!
I agree with most of Eckhart points, but at times I felt he went a bit too far with his beliefs. I think as beings we need to be united with others, and especially our love interest...but he seemed to think it was just the "body needs"...Perhaps, I read it wrong (but I read it twice) and it seems he really thinks you should be by yourself...even though he states otherwise. This is probably one of the main points that confused me...
But, the true reason why I am giving this book a 4 instead of 5 stars is that I think he could've used better word choice. At points (which were rare) I struggled to understand what exactly he was trying to convey and sometimes I got tired of his writing...he came off as if he knew all the answers and the people reading it didn't know a thing. But I still give this book a high rating because of its message and how it transformed my life. God, The Universe placed this book in my life; I see it as a miracle.
Overall, amazing book and I suggest everyone read this!
