I've began listening to this book few weeks ago after a little pause I've gave it another try. Approximately half way through I couldn't continue anymore without feeling that I'm just wasting time listening to a man talking in cycles.

Most annoying was the condescending tone from the writing style in which he answers arbitrary questions without clear outcome and acting like he has all the answers.

In my opinion real knowledge shows itself with straight easy to understand answers and not by confusing blabber which takes a lot of concentration to understand simple methods and ideas.

What it means to be in a present. Go to nature and stop, listen, smell, watch, touch use your senses. Stretch your muscles, connect with your body (in quiet, without distraction feel your muscles stretching to the limit). There are many other ways to be in a now, simply put be an observer without judgment. That's all that is to it.

I've grown more spiritually from reading/listening to Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman :D
