I loved this book. I think that it honestly doesn't deserve 5 stars, however I really wanted to give it that. I would give it 4.5 stars. At the beginning of the book, I was very bored, and there was no action, or plot, or character, or anything that I could cling on to and flow through the story, enjoying it. Soon though, the book became really good, it took an immediate turn. After you get more into the book, the characters really stick with you. That's one of my favorite things about this book. The characters stick in your mind forever, and James Dashner did a great job of describing them. There's a point when you're reading, and you realize I love this character, and they're my best friend. That doesn't happen in a lot of books, but the Maze Runner achieved that. I like having it from a first point of view, because it lets you speculate a lot of things, and for me it is fun to just let my imagination go out, and explore and create something new. This is definitely one of the best books I have ever read, and I think pretty much everybody would love it.
