“Nice to meet ya, shank. Welcome to the Glade.”

The Maze Runner. What to say about The Freaking Amazing Maze Runner?
I had this book on my Google Play Books for months. It was abandoned there, waiting for me to read it. I was waiting for the right moment.
Now I'm asking myself, WHY THE SHUCKING SHUCK HADN'T I READ IT BEFORE?!
This book was one of the best ones I've ever read. The mistery behind the Glade, the Maze, the way they lived there, and what could've led them there left me craving for more. I couldn't put it down. To give you an idea, I read the last 100 pages at night. I was left in tears, confused and with my mind blown at 4 am.
James Dashner's way of writing was one of my favorite things about it. I honestly don't know how he came up with this plot. Like, WOAH, MAN!
He has a way of leading you to know what's really happening, leading you to the truth, that also leaves an open way for you to come up with your own theories about everything. (I admit, the ones I've come up with were really ridiculous, my imagination flew high... really high.)
I have so many feelings and thoughts about this book, that I just can't put into words. Also, I want to keep this review spoiler free, and to discuss my own theories, I'd need to talk about everything. So I'll just end this, saying that The Maze Runner is INCREDIBLE.
If you haven't read it yet, I don't know what you're waiting for. Go get it and start reading, you shanks!

""Thomas once again felt a pressing ache of confusion—hearing so many words and phrases that didn’t make sense. Shank. Shuck. Keeper. Slopper. They popped out of the boys’ mouths so naturally it seemed odd for him not to understand. It was as if his memory loss had stolen a chunk of his language—it was disorienting." This was from two chapters ago. I'm already on Chapter 4, yet I FEEL YOU, THOMAS."
