bookshelves: audiobook, non-fiction, self-help, new-age

The audiobook version is about 8 hours. I feel there were maybe 50 minutes that I found interesting or helpful or inspiring. Not the worst ratio, I guess. But it's really not my kind of book; too much emphasis on the new-age spiritual and not enough on the practical.
