it was ok

Tolle has good insights into spirituality. I could immediately relate to a few sayings:
"Time isn't precious at all, because it is an illusion"
"The sooner you realize your outer purpose cannot give you lasting fulfillment the better."
I also found some of the exercises quiet helpful in silencing my thoughts: Listening to the sounds around with conscious attention to them, focusing the attention on the body from head to toe.

I was disappointed by some of the shots Tolle takes at mind such as, "Mind can neither create nor recognize beauty."

Overall, it is a decent book. It has a lot of repetitions. You might find yourself annoyed by particular portions of the book and think to yourself, "What a load of crap!" Or "Yes, but then..." I suggest you calm yourself down, and feel what triggers you.
