I listened to the entire book and it has put me to sleep a couple of times and I can't help but think the author has no idea what he's saying.. he madeup or borrowed every little idea mentioned and there is no scientifical evidence to anything in this book.. it is repetitive and isn't clear, it's explained in a way where every person would come up with their own understanding of the book (still don't get what he means by 'being' or 'pain body' or any of the other terminology he uses)..

The whole point of the book was to say: live in the present, enjoy your 'now' and if you're in pain then just enjoy that as well.. easiest way to make money selling an obvious idea to the public like that..
