Such a horrible writer who repeats the same idea over and over again.
This is a typical New Age book that brings in ideas from Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, et al into the mix.
I like some of the ideas about the difference between the mind vs. consciousness and how to practice on the "now."
However, his ideas could have been stated in a few pages of an article.
