Philosophy behind this book isn't bad.Why the 1 star then? Well because the writing style is. It's typical marketing bullshit style in which author is constantly trying to convince a reader to believe, or trust in his words. Sometimes he's trying too hard and makes you wonder, does he even believe in it ?
