Good reminders to always be present and mindful of your actions and reactions. Nothing groundbreaking here for me, though. And Mr. Tolle, for all his talents, is a pretty poor writer. This is one of those books that loads of people in my life need to read, but I am pretty sure they'd never get past the first chapter, what with all the hippy dippy terminology he throws out (that is wholly unnecessary, by the way) and the flaccid prose. Oh well. Glad I read it regardless!
