I listened to the CDs, and it was a little easier to grasp Tolle's message than by reading it. I'd tried to read the book a few years ago and found it to be obtuse (and now, I'm reading the book again and it makes a little more sense). Through listening, I was able to relate to some of his points; however, overall, I believe that his message and means for being totally in the NOW is an impossibility, at least for me.
