It didnt live up to the hype for me. Don't get me wrong, its pretty good and I do apply some of the material to my everyday life. The problem I had is that it is very repetitive. Also, sometimes you can't help but to think that the author pulls things out of thin air without any scientific references. I'll still recommend it.
