The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

Valid and valuable points on the importance of being fully absorbed in this moment, and highlighted the potential for meditation gains.
For me, its made me focus on how and why we think from moment to moment and that, at times, thinking itself can be a curse.
The reason why its scored so lowly is because spirituality is such a loose concept and his anologies are shit. The book itself can't help but be self-absorbed and cult-like.
Be warned. If you love logic and critical analysis then you'd be wishing Malcolm Gladwell wrote a book on this topic, and this will be a waste of your time.
