I don't honestly think there's a whole lot new in this book. It really seemed to me to suffer from a sort of "self importance" problem where the author took something and made it harder than it had to be to understand. There was one point where I just said to myself, "Doesn't he mean that you should be content where you are right now? Why doesn't he just spit it out and say it?" The definitional hair splitting of things like "clock time" wore me out. I think I'll get the same content elsewhere.
