DNF. Stopped after Tolle asserted that awareness of the inner body would make your internal molecules less dense. "Is there any scientific evidence for this?" Tolle asks for us. He answers his own question: "Try it and be the evidence."

I kept going until this point because I really appreciate Tolle's message about prioritizing the now over the past or the future, but the bizarre metaphysical claims and spiritual jargon kept stacking up to the point where I just realized this book is a whole lot of Not For Me.
