I read the whole book, and here is what I've got to say.
The basic premise of the book is to live in the now, not in the past or the future. All good talk, all alright. Very New Age, as it seems quite obscure on explanation, and I can see the appeal.
Problem I had with the book though is the lack of references, especially when it came to Jesus, Buddha, any other person/idea referred to in the book. Notes only includes 4 books.
Other than that it's worth just skimming to the parts that seem interesting. Nothing ground break. If anything you've got better luck just sticking to the likes of meditation.
