This book sparked a very powerful inward journey of understanding myself and my mind.
"The very fact that we can objectively observe our thinking, suggests that the constant and often negative dialogue in our heads is separate from who we are."
After reading this book I more frequently catch how my mind naturally resists situations I'm in, simply by observing. It goes to show how real this concept truly is. My next step towards personal happiness is to continue to overcome my own mind and and transcend my ego-based state of consciousness.
This book has given me a lot of insight about myself and has encouraged me to think on a higher level. I highly recommend it.
