The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

This book repeated itself in a so many times in the first 3/4 of the book that I decided to abandon ship. Like another reviewer said, Tolle could have gotten the message across (better, even) if he would have written the information in a 10 page essay. But then he wouldn't have a bestseller, would he?
I admit, I'm surprised at the amount of high ratings for the book. Is it enlightening?
Yes.
Will it bring enlightenment?
No.
Are the ideas he's presenting good and thoughtful?
Yes.
Are the ideas as grand and heart-stopping in the way he describes them to be?
No.
Just because a book has good ideas in it, doesn't mean it's a well written one.
