I really couldn't get into this book. I started reading it, so excited to learn how to live in the moment and stop my incessant thinking; however, this book failed to deliver, so I stopped reading it. The book would describe to not identify yourself with your thoughts and to see your thoughts as a separate entity from yourself. What? I just didn't understand it. I would love to be more present in the now and stop thinking constantly, but this book sure didn't help me with that. I loved The Secret and The Power because those two books gave exact direction. I guess this book just wasn't for me.
