So fantastic! How many of us constantly live in regret (the past) and go through life in extreme anxiety (the future). Chronic thinking is so dangerous to your well being. If we could all learn to let go and surrender to the present it would do wonder to the world. This book is so fantastic. Toole expresses the entire perfection and bliss that is presence of the now. This present moment is truly the entire truth to our existence and the only real thing we ever have. Highly recommended
