Unlike anything I've ever read before. 2 years ago I would have read 3 pages of so then immediately dropped the book due to its many unsubstantiatable claims and the constant use of superstitious sounding language such as "vibrational energy" and references to the "divine". The author explains however that the words he chooses are mere stepping stones or signposts to a truth that is accessible within us through direct experience. You have to be in the right mental state to get something out of this book: open minded and ready to drop the mental barriers protecting your ego.
If you are in this position (or even if you aren't) I would recommend this book - it contains invaluable, life-changing wisdom.
