it was amazing

Buddha spend years and years before enlightenment.Hindu scriptures say the path to peace is long and rough.

But Tolle achieved enlightenment and peace in one night only. That night something happened to him and suddenly the frustrated guy became peaceful.
Satori? or Scam? Who knows.

I don't think Tolle is enlightened but what he teaches is nothing but a portion of Vedanta and some forms of Buddhism. The message is good.

Eckhart Tolle
“All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future, and
not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms
of nonforgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence.”
