OMG! The book came recommended to me. I've spent some time perusing the book aisles and this one always piqued my curiosity so-I went for it. ....It took me FOREVER to read it. It wasn't that it wasn't interesting, it definitely is, but I could only handle a little bit at a time before my mind was completely blown. WHen you read this book, you really have to concentrate and connect thoughts while you try to change your thinking/how you think. Later, the same friend who recommended the book to me, said she listened to it on tape. This is my recommendation. If you want to get through it a bit quicker than I did, just listen to it. You'll most likely need to rewind it a number of times, but I think it'll go faster....Although, with a book, you can underline/highlight/star the important stuff and go back to it easier than on tape or downloaded version. And basically, I've just been so thrilled that I finally finished it, that I haven't really collected my thoughts to have a critique of the book.
