I feel like this the appropriate start for this is "you may have heard about this book from YogaGirl"
I really liked this book... for the most part. I think you can learn some useful ways of thinking when your mind is racing and you're freaking out about something or when you know that whatever you're worrying about isn't really worth the amount of energy it steals from you. I tend to be a worrier and I found this book a comforting read. However, there are a couple of chapters where god is involved a little too much for my taste. That is my personal preference and on the contrary it might appeal to a lot of readers. Also, Tolle's writing may come across as a bit arrogant sometimes.
I highlighted passages that I liked while reading this book and I tend to look through it and reread passages from time to time.
Recommended read definitely. Much better than many other books on spirituality.
