I agree with a lot of the observations in the book, but I find it hard to put the author's advice into practice. I suppose that's the point of The Power Of Now – it takes work to get your mind away from the past and future, and into the now.

Most interesting ideas: "time" (psychological time being the past and future), negative emotions as inherently associated with thinking about the past or future.
