It's a wonderful book and must read!!!
It's not at all a religious book but a spiritual I would say.
The author has beautifully described the way to spiritual enlightenment through Presence.
Being in the "present moment" and stopping ourselves identifying with the mind is the essence described in all religions and also by many spiritual masters. Somehow we have forget or it is not widely accessible.

But Eckhart is here to emphasize on it !!
A "True Master" he is :)
