This was my second time reading this life-changing yet very readable introduction to mindfulness. I thouroughly recommend it to anyone on a journey of spiritual growth and enlightenment. Even the second time around I was moved by the simple and concise yet powerful insights. It is organized in a question-and-answer format that facilitates the reader's deep interaction with the concepts. There are also several breaks in the text which allow the reader to pause for meditation. This makes the reading experience into more of a spiritual journey, and, therefore, requires a little more time than you would expect. I will definitely be returning to this book in the future.
